These terms apply to your use of Voice Adapter, including the website vadapter.online, the platform at app.vadapter.online and the agents you message in Telegram or the web chat. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Voice Adapter turns messages, voice notes, photos and PDF files into proposed rows for a Google Sheet you choose. Each row is shown to you for confirmation before it is written.
Early access
The service is currently offered free of charge as early access. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. We will announce pricing before it applies to you.
Your responsibilities
- Review every confirmation card before you approve it. AI can misread handwriting, photos or speech; you are responsible for the data you confirm.
- Connect only Google accounts and spreadsheets you are allowed to use.
- If you set up agents for clients, make sure they agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Keep your account secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, to send spam or malware, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data and your spreadsheets. You give us permission to process your data only as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The service relies on Google, Telegram, OpenAI and other providers. Their own terms apply to your use of their products.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
